Our Policy
Due to the nature of our business it is not envisaged that returns and refunds would be necessary. Our products are emailed immediately upon purchase in one of the following formats:

Powerpoint
Win.zip
Windows Media File
Publisher
In the unlikely event that an email did not arrive you can log into the website and check Your Account to view the order history. If there is still a problem do let us know. All enquiries will be dealt with as a matter of urgency.
In the unlikely event that a CD Rom does not work correctly we will send out a replacement within 48 hours.
We regret that once an order has been placed we are unable to refund any costs until the 3rd CD Rom has been returned to us with a statement of the problem or issue you are not satisfied with.
