About the product

This powerpoint introduces the river and its main features alongside these are detailed descriptions.  All the slides are very colourful and have images of all the features mentioned on them with examples.  It is split into 3 sections to make it easy to understand, the 3 sections are upper, middle and lower course of a river. 

At the end there is a slide to review the learning that has taken place during the lesson, it can be done as a whole class or as an individual task.

This is an excellent power point and could be used as the first introductory lesson on rivers.
