About the product

This power point is a very interesting one and would be really useful when teaching about Kenya.  It is a brief tour of its land and its people.  It contains very colourfu images and the flag of Kenya.  Slide one asks geographical questions to aid the students investigative skills.  Slide 2 has a map of the world pointing to Kenya and the Equator.  The next slide has detailed annotations about the land in Kenya indicating where the mountain ranges are, the rivers and coral reefs etc.  Following this it provides information on Mount Kenya and how it's affected by the climate.  The next few slides cover how the Kenyan people live showing pictures of the city and village life.  The last slide introduces their language and the meanings in English so the students can learn it and have a go.
