About the product

Slide one shows a world map and asks the students how many plates make up the crust of the earth and they have to guess using the images.  The second slide shows that there is a link between plate boundaries, volcanoes and earthquakes.  The next slide explains how volcanoes form and grow and uses an excellent image to get the point across.  Following this there is a super animation on how a volcano explodes with annotaions alongside it.  The last slides discusses whether or not all volcanoes are the same and shows numerous types.
